Not yet proven to be unsubstantiated rumor: the possibility that the Country Market’s rent has been raised three-fold by their Grange landlords in an effort to force them out so CVS (or similar) can take over the site, presumably knock down the building, build new and probably put the Higganum Pharmacy out of business.
